Product features

1. The FHL-3500 Tough crash barrier is composed of two sides of the column A, column B, and the toughness limit band.
The surface of the pillars is treated with a yellow spray paint coating. Equipped with anti-corrosion and warning functions. Made by bending high-strength steel plates into one piece, with a height of 1100mm, completely welded to the bottom plate (with a thickness of 16mm), and fixed to the ground concrete with expansion bolts (with a diameter of 16mm), it also effectively protects the door track.
2. In addition, the toughness limit belt is composed of red PVC base cloth and three high-strength nylon belts, which can withstand the impact of about 5000KG, 6km/hr.
3. The combination of red and yellow colors is more eye-catching and helps to enhance the warning effect.
4. The resilient restraint belt of the protective fence can adjust the tension according to different working conditions, with a total of four levels and an adjustment range of up to 250mm.
5. The protective fence is manually operated and is generally not wider than 5000mm.
6. The protective fence can be retracted back into the A-pillar during truck loading and unloading.

Equipment Installation

The FHL-3500 Tough Crash Barrier is easy to install and operate, with the following steps:
1. Plan installation positions on both sides of the loading and unloading platform
2. Determine the direction of the opening.
The direction of the installation opening can be changed in advance according to the on-site conditions.
a. First, determine the installation position of the A-pillar,
b. Adjust the left or right outlet according to the opening direction.
c. Adjust according to the rolling direction marked on the axis.
3. Use expansion bolts to fix to the concrete floor. At the same time, the B-pillar fixing plate can be adjusted according to the tension of the guardrail, which is used to tighten the guardrail restraint belt.


Electrical interlocking status

The FHL-3500 Tough Crash Barrier can achieve bidirectional interconnection and interlocking function with the truck limit switch device< Br/> 1.
