Vehicle Restraints is a ground mounted hydraulic fixing device that uses a hydraulic driven steel hook to secure the rear anti-collision crossbar of a truck. Operation
When the truck is loaded onto the loading platform, the platform staff press the lock button on the control panel to lift the limiter and secure the truck. LED indicator shows inside green/outside red, truck restricted. And can withstand more than 15 tons of tension. The limiting device is kept in contact with the bumper and is automatically adjusted by the float of the truck to ensure effective limiting during loading/unloading operations. After loading and unloading the goods, the platform staff press the unlock button on the control panel to unlock. The LED signal system automatically adjusts to the external green/internal red traffic signal indication.

Install
The THM-600 Hydraulic Vehicle Restraints is installed on a sturdy steel bracket, fixed by 12 expansion bolts and extended edges welded to the angle steel of the foundation pit. There is no need to adjust the loading and unloading platform during installation. The installation tension exceeds 31 tons.
Maintenance
The design is simple, check the hydraulic oil level every three months, and check and add butter every six months.
Signal light system
External signal light system:Flashing red or green lights throughout the entire time period to indicate whether truck drivers can safely reverse or leave.
Internal signal light system:Flashing red or green lights throughout the entire time period to indicate whether the cargo handling personnel can safely carry out loading and unloading operations. The flashing lights of the internal signal system are opposite to those of the external signal system.
Sound alarm:The internal alarm device can alert platform operators that the anti-collision tail pole of the truck is not in the normal limit state. In addition to the flashing red light, there is also a signal prompt.
LED lights are standard configuration:LED lights have a longer lifespan. The lamp beads themselves emit red/green light. The light intensity meets the standards for road traffic indicator lights.
