THM-800 Electric Vehicle Restraint is installed on the facade. The limiting device is operated by the control box installed indoors, and the rotating hook fixes the anti-collision tail rod at the rear of the truck and is fixed to the loading and unloading platform.

Signal prompt system:

LED lamps are standard configuration, LED lamps have a long service life, and the voltage is supplied by safe voltage (DC 24V). LED indicator light is used at the button to increase the recognition of operation and prevent misoperation in dark environment.
External signal light system:flashing red light or green light all the time to remind truck drivers whether they can safely pour in or leave. It is a high-brightness waterproof low-voltage signal light system designed at the same level as highway traffic lights.
Internal signal light system: flashing red light or green light all the time to remind freight platform operators whether it is safe to carry out loading and unloading operations. The flashing of the internal signal lamp system is opposite to that of the external signal system.
Sound alarm: the internal alarm device can warn the platform operator that the anti-collision tail bar of the freight car is not in the normal limiting state.

Explanation of the workflow of the truck limiter

Vehicle Restraint: The limiter restricts the movement of a truck by fixing the anti-collision tail rod of the truck. This prevents the accidental separation of trucks and platforms during the loading and unloading process, in order to avoid equipment accidents.
The THM-800 rotary hook type limiter utilizes the thrust of the truck when reversing, and adjusts its positioning according to the height of the truck's anti-collision tail rod, without the need for external power. The hidden hook design extends after positioning to secure the rear bumper. A strong extension spring can also move up and down with the truck collision bar, ensuring that the truck is safely restrained.
The rotating hook design can effectively prevent the truck from leaving early and accidental separation from the platform. Suitable for most types of truck anti-collision tailbars.

Flexible and reliable

The hook extends more than 150mm to maintain the fixation of the truck during loading and unloading. The fa ç ade extends the spring, following the up and down movement of the truck's anti-collision tail rod to ensure that the truck is safely restrained.
Full time signal light system: Internal/external LED signal light system to coordinate and indicate the working status of internal/external drivers (staff).
The electrical protection level (motor and wiring terminals) can prevent the penetration of dust and water.

General instructions:

Fix the rear anti-collision rod of the truck by rotating the hook, with a limit range of 230mm to 760mm above the ground. When it touches the reverse truck, the integrated steel frame with built-in springs will automatically position. The limit device is controlled through a control box installed indoors.
Structure
The overall structural steel frame is welded from 8mm thick steel and can withstand the impact of a truck reversing. The outer cover can protect all components and is suitable for different climates and environments.
Install
The limiter is fixed on a steel bracket, which is installed and embedded into the platform, or fixed by expansion bolts and extended edges welded to the angle steel of the foundation pit. There is no need to adjust the loading and unloading platform during installation.
